Access to the premises are at own risk. In the event of an injury, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever, by any person, animal or act of nature, will Arianoglo Safari Lodge (Arianoglo Pty Ltd), it’s workers and/or owners are not held liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred.
Although all attempts are being made to ensure your safety, please be extremely careful as dangerous animals (spiders, scorpions, snakes, large and small game) are present in and around the lodge area.
Arianoglo Safari Lodge provides self-catering accommodation only. Guests are solely responsible for supplying all food and beverages for the duration of their stay.
Arianoglo Safari Lodge will not be held responsible for any changes or disruptions caused by adverse weather conditions.
Game drives are not allowed with own vehicles. We do offer game drives at a fee.
The grass including any plant materials (wood, flowers, shrubs etc) may not be damaged, burned or removed from the bushveld. We sell wood for the boma and braaiers.
We are in a high veldfire danger zone and no open fires are allowed, a boma with firepit and braaiers are available upon request.
Before the premises is vacated, inspection will be done to ensure everything is in good order. If any damage or loss of property occurred, a loss / breakage fee will be charged which is payable before leaving the premises.
The use of all facilities included but not limited to the swimming pools, deck area, kids play area are available for all visitors and used at own risk.
No loud noises / music allowed, either from a cellphone, portable player, speaker, boombox, instruments or vehicle after 22h00.
Please be considerate towards nature and save energy and water where possible.
Pets are allowed upon prior request and subject to approval.
Pets visit at own risk and must be under the owner’s control and responsibility.
Please ensure to clean up after your pet(s).
No extra guest beyond the number of guests in the booking allowed.
Day visitors welcome upon request and subject to approval.
50% deposit required to secure booking.
Balance to be paid before check-in.
Accepted payment method: EFT only.
Refundable breakage deposit may be charged as part of the booking amount.
All cancellations are subject to the following:
• Direct bookings.
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• Reservation changes are subjected to availability and booking amount may differ.
• If guests don’t show up, 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
• No refunds for early departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in any of our units.
Ashtrays are available to ensure safe disposal of cigarette butts, to protect the farm and ensure everyone’s safety.
Fire & Safety
No open fires allowed!
Fires are only allowed in the boma and braaiers.
Damages and Breakages
Please report any damage or breakages immediately.
Guest will be liable for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
Lost or Stolen Items
Arianoglo Safari Lodge will not take any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Kindly ensure to lock the doors and close the windows when leaving the units.
